We are looking for a new colleague in the following position:

Global HR Specialist (Recruitment)

Work location can be selected by the candidate (Budapest or Székesfehérvár office)

As an HR (People Resourcing) Specialist you will be responsible for the management of full cycle recruitment processes both in local and global level. The main focus of this role is the recruitment of IT professionals with special skills and competences.

Responsibilities:

Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers
Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
Direct sourcing, finding the relevant path to contact IT professionals
Taking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
Report and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholders
Provide recruitment trainings to hiring managers
Manage interactions with recruitment suppliers
Taking part in local- and global projects
Close cooperation with the Employee Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
Support other team activities if needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

University degree in a relevant field
Fluency in English
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in multinational environment
Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
Experience in direct sourcing activities
Stakeholder management
Proactive, agile, customer oriented approach
High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
Experience with IT profiles and global recruitment processes is a benefit
