We are looking for a new colleague in the following position:

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Location: Székesfehérvár

As an HR Specialist you will be responsible for the management of full cycle recruitment processes related to the Hungarian location.

Responsibilities:
• Drive full cycle recruitment processes (mostly related to production) in close cooperation with hiring managers
• Supplier (agency) management
• Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
• Taking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
• Cooperation with the HR Business Partner(s) and Marketing/Content Specialist(s)
• Participating in hiring days, job fairs and other external events
• Report and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholders
• Provide recruitment trainings to hiring managers
• Finding and using new online and offline channels to find suitable candidates
• Taking part in local- and global projects
• Close cooperation with the Employee Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
• Support other team activities if needed

Requirements:

• University degree in HR or other relevant field
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at a production company
• Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
• Stakeholder management
• Proactive, agile, customer oriented approach
• High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
