Our client is a prestigious multinational automotive supplier company.
We are looking for a new colleague in the following position:
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING LEADER (Injection molding, Tooling)
Location: Mór
Tasks:
Manage industrialisation projects (Automotive);
Tool design, construction, maintenance projects;
Tooling and equipment specification;
Supplier quotation, trials and approval process;
Lead a small team of engineers.
Requirements:
University degree in ENGINEERING
3-5 years of relevant practical experience in INDUSTRIALISATION / MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING, TOOLING PROJECTS in the AUTOMOTIVE/ELECTRONICS sector;
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING TOOLS and PRESS TOOL knowledge;
Experience in TOOLING MANUFACTURERS selection;
TOOL DESIGN, construction, maintenance understanding;
Experience in TOOL INTRODUCTION and RFQ management;
Strong sence of ownership and commitment, able to work in a constantly changing environment;
Leadership skills;
Active ENGLISH (+native Hungarian) language knowledge;
Ready to travel within the country or abroad;
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
