INDUSTRIALISATION ENGINEER_Mór

Our Client is a prestigious multinational automotive supplier company( injection molding & car electronics).
We are looking for a new colleague in the following position:
Industrialisation Engineer (Injection moulding/tooling)
Location: Mór
Main tasks :
Perform industrialisation including tooling and equipment specification, supplier quotation, trials and approval process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active participation of tooling introduction (specifications, supplier management, production trial runs, takeover procedures),
- Tool design evaluation and approval, tool correction plan preparation (Solidworks, CATIA),
- Coordination of test productions,
- Cooperation with mating departments in project related issues (QA, Process Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Purchasing),
- Project related plans and reports preparation.
Requirements: For this role we require an experienced individual with the following attributes:
- Performs industrialisation including tooling and equipment (machine, robot (head)), specification,
- supplier quotation, trials and approval process,
- Plastic injection moulding tools technical knowledge (construction evaluation skill),
- Solidworks, CATIA working knowledge (design, modification, evaluation),
- Experience in tooling manufacturers selection,
- Tool design, construction, maintenance understanding (tool design evaluation and acceptance),
- Good communication skills,
- Experience in tool introduction (APQP) and RFQ management,
- The job-holder must have a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to do what is necessary to achieve satisfactory results in an environment which can be constantly changing,
- The post holder may be required to travel within Hungary, Europe and overseas,
- Good level of English both verbal and written,
- A period of experience in the majority of the duties of 3 years or equivalent
