We are looking for a new colleague at the following position:
Manufacturing Engineer Manager
Location: Kecskemét
Objective of function:
- Ensure application and improvement of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes globally
- Quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline
- Provide Manufacturing Engineering expertise to product innovation process to build manufacturability into new product design
Main tasks:
- Process development and assembly sequencing (process flow chart) for new programs
- Manufacturing feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA on new products
- Plant and process layout for new products and plant launches
- Process specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic improvements
- Specifications for manufacturing equipment and recommendations for equipment procurement
- Provide cost analysis of product and process alternatives
- Work with SD-Teams to complete product launches
- Monitor assembly equipment through production start up
- Stimulate TPM in new projects
- Monitor and audit adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
- Cooperate with Center of Excellence for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes
- Ensure, support and develop manufacturing capacities in plants
Expectations:
- College/University degree
- 5 years minimum experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering Capacity
- Project management experiences in international environment
- Budgeting and cost control
- Fluent in English,
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
