Our Client is a prestigious multinational automotive supplier company. As a global company is presented in 41 countries and has 23000 employees. Their Global Shared Service Center, located in Budapest and Székesfehérvár, delivers IT, HR and Financial Services to a number of Company sites.

SAP Project Manager
Location: Budapest( district XI. ) or Székesfehérvár
According to your preference, you may choose our Budapest or Székesfehérvár office as your place of work.
Role Purpose:
The SAP Project Manager a duel role:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of projects throughout their lifecycle. They are responsible for defining, planning, tracking, and managing the project, for identifying key resources and providing the direction they require in order meeting project objectives
Overall responsibility for the successful deployment of the ERP solution into business locations. The project manager role is responsible for the design and implementation of an effective ERP Deployment methodology on data migration, testing and training, organisation change management and project management. The Project manager role is accountable to the Project /Program Management Board for timely, accurate, transparent and objective status reporting on inflight deployment projects relating to project planning, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, risk and issues
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all project goals / milestones are accomplished on time / on budget.
Manage and drive the team towards achieving set goals and objectives.
Manage Client escalations, expectations and grow existing accounts
Prepare detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, deliverables, resource plans.
Prepare and present executive summaries to senior management and manage reporting to all stakeholders periodically.
Accountable for testing, training, data migration organisation change management and project management activities performed in time within project budget
Accountable for regular project/program review towards business
Drive improvements of the global template to achieve better customer satisfactions
Drive improvements within ERP Program delivery to optimise project rollout, cost, time and quality
Identify, recognize and acknowledge stakeholders (internal and external)
Establish communication management plan (engagement meetings, board meetings etc.)
Overall program budget management to ensure cost controlling
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in SAP projects delivery
5+ team leading and project management skills in SAP projects
Experience and knowledge in SAP products and functional modules (at least one module on expert level, the best to be confirmed by SAP Certification)
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, must be a team player
Worked in onsite-offshore delivery mode
Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Waterfall Agile).
IT Degree
CMII Professional or equivalent
Demonstrable knowledge of SAP ERP solutions and SAP project methodologies
Strong spoken and written English
