We are looking for a new colleague at the following position:
Expeditor(Logistics Buyer)
Location: Kecskemét
Main tasks/important responsibilities:
- Analysis of customer forecasts and call-offs
- Ordering raw materials for production based on customer requirements and sending them to suppliers in the ERP system
- monitoring and enforcing delivery quantities and deadlines, organising extra deliveries where necessary
- maintaining daily contact with suppliers
- organising and tracking deliveries, liaising with forwarding agents, documentation in the tracking system
- daily monitoring of stock and backlog lists (warehouse) and daily monitoring of DCO list
- stock optimisation of raw materials
- sending follow-up orders in case of blocked stock, organising extra deliveries
- maintenance of basic logistics material master data
- preparing and following up logistical complaints
- carrying out and participating in internal audits
- work with escalation processes (escalation pyramid)
Requirements for the position:
- College degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Advanced computer skills (ERP system, excel, word, mail system)
- At least 3 years' experience in the automotive industry
- Accurate, flexible working style, creative and committed mindset
You must also be on call (from home once or twice a week from 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.)
