Our Client is a prestigious multinational automotive supplier company. As a global company is presented in 41 countries and has 23000 employees. Their Global Shared Service Center (GBS), located in Budapest and Székesfehérvár, delivers IT and Financial Services to a number of Company sites.
We are looking for a colleague in the following position:
IT Analyst, Client Operations (3rd Level Support)
Location: Budapest( district XI. ) or Székesfehérvár
According to your preference, you may choose our Budapest or Székesfehérvár office as your place of work.
Area of Responsibility:
- Manage enterprise Mobile Device Management solution and act as backup for client imaging area,
- Management of Company GBS Mobile Device Management environment in MS Intune,
- Meet GBS IT Client Operations SLA towards business,
- Create client OS deployment images,
- Ensure BAU handover from transition projects cover all operational areas,
- Enhance Mobile Device Management solution to follow industry standards,
- Maintain client OS deployment images covering device driver updates, OS updates Maintain and support SCCM infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- College or University Degree,
- Minimum 2-3 years in IT technical position, working in a client management environment,
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in IT at a Multinational company,
- Intermediate knowlegde in English (written and spoken).
Requirements: (please write about these in detail in your cover letter or cv ! )
1. Creating Staging Images( HP, Dell, Lenovo)
2. Must have experience in Ms Intune or other mobile device management software.
